TOTAL TOUCH - YOUTH CLASS
Total Touch is a youth soccer training program focused on building technical skills and confidence through high-repetition, engaging drills. Players work on ball control, passing, and movement in a positive, fast-paced environment. Designed for ages 8–16, this class lays the foundation for smarter, more skillful play.

TOTAL DADS - ADULT CLASS
Total Dads is a soccer-based fitness class for busy dads who want to break a sweat, touch the ball again, and maybe relive a few glory days (without pulling a hamstring). Each session focuses on footwork, conditioning, and fun competitive drills like relays, all in a structured and supportive environment. Whether you're chasing your fitness goals or just trying to outrun your kid, this is your weekly reset with a crew of local dads doing the same.
